I have Volume 1 #2, Volume 2 #1-2, Volume 3 #1-3, and the anthology. I ordered Volume 1 #1 from Last Gasp, but they sent me another copy of Volume 2 #1 instead (so not even wholesalers are immune to Hickee numbering confusion).
I was travelling around australia and found a copy in this awesome comic shop in adelaide(pulp comics). Also all the other hickee volumes, plus your 'Futher Grickle' comic and flight 4. I had a long 2 day trip by train back to Perth so this was like striking gold.
